Both parents and school administrators have always placed high importance on a safe and healthy learning environment. Children spend at least half of their school day in the classroom. Thus, school facilities must be kept clean and secure. A well-cleaned school facility benefits students, teachers, and parents and promotes a healthy learning environment. Cleanliness makes a big difference in students’ and teachers' success. From an aesthetic point of view, a clean school or classroom can be simple and gratifying. The purpose of this article is to highlight four reasons why classrooms must be cleaned and disinfected.
